Self-storage units: Ranging from 1 m² to 15 m², perfect for temporary or long-term storage of smaller items. Garage boxes: Larger units starting from 18 m², suitable for storage, workspace, or parking. These units are car-accessible and equipped with electricity and lighting.

Renting a unit is simple through our website: 1. Choose your desired location and storage unit. 2. Book directly online using the booking tool. 3. Enter your details and complete payment via iDeal. 4. After confirmation, you’ll receive an email with login details for the app.

Garage boxes are spacious units starting from 18 m², ideal for storage, workspaces, or vehicle parking. They are car-accessible and equipped with lighting and electricity.

Yes, garage boxes can be used as a workspace thanks to their size, high floor load capacity, and built-in power and lighting.

Currently, no garage boxes are available in Almere. You can check availability for other locations on our website.

The minimum rental period depends on the location and unit type. You can check specific terms during the booking process.

You can cancel via the app: 1. Go to Boekingen > Meer info > Opzeggen. 2. Select your preferred cancellation date. 3. Click opslaan.

The notice period is 2 weeks. Please note: if your booking has a minimum rental term (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months), you must complete that term before cancelling.

Prices vary depending on location and unit size. Visit our booking page for up-to-date pricing.

Payments are made via iDeal during the online booking process. All subsequent payments are processed via direct debit.

You can access your unit daily from 06:00 to 23:00, 365 days a year.

Access is keyless and managed via our mobile app. After booking, you’ll receive login credentials that allow you to open the gate, entry doors, and your individual storage unit or garage box.

At LOADS.nl, you’ll never pay too much. If you find a comparable storage unit in the same region at a lower price within 7 days of your booking, we’ll match it. The price must be demonstrable, current, and under the same terms. For full details, please contact our support team.

Your goods are not automatically insured. It is required to have insurance coverage during your rental period. You can arrange insurance yourself or conveniently add a suitable insurance option via LOADS during the booking process. Yes, via the app you can share (temporary) access with family members, friends, or employees.
